It does happen - it just isn't too noisy when it happens - with no forum whoring involved most of the time. The best way to avoid it is to stay low - no big forum activity on Eve-O, no smack in local of busy systems no smackback on lowsec "excurs...

I'd reccommend the Enyo for PVE (only 2 mids) and the Ishkur for PVP. This is a T2 ship - so I'd strongly recommend T2 equip - T2 125 rails and armour reps are obligatory if you want to have the edge in PVP. As for setups - I'd recommend looking...
